The 7-Day Get Sharp Plan  

The 7-Day Get Sharp Plan, included in the book Age-Proof Your Brain by Tony Buzan,  is designed to fit comfortably into your everyday life.   

For the next 7 days you need to practice using these techniques until they become second nature. The memory techniques alone will improve your ability to remember things and they will also work their magic in other ways: they will flex your brain power and automatically move your brain fitness to a new level.

Your brain benefits just as much as your body from a good workout. The more you challenge your brain, the more you encourage it to build new connections and stimulate the flow of blood to it.
