The Ideal Introduction to the Leadership Landscape

A 5-day intensive program for emerging leaders.

The ILP develops high-potential leaders through a concentrated leadership learning experience that encourages personal reflection, group collaboration, forward thinking, learning, leadership context, and moving from thought to action.

It is for functional managers, team members and those who have recently moved into their first significant leadership role.

The focus is on shifting from ‘internal leadership’ to understanding leadership in broader, richer terms – as practised personally and professionally, globally and locally, and across sectors and generations.

Comprising a five-day program run over 3 weeks, activities will include seminars, scenario-based learning and reflection sessions. Throughout the program participants will have access to stimulating guest speakers and will also undertake an individual workplace challenge.
